Don't Be Tardy chef and Top Chef alum Tracey Bloom is officially out of surgery for an oophorectomy (defined as a surgical removal of one or both ovaries) and is doing fine (Kim Zolciak-Biermann has made it clear that she's "#CancerFree") — and her sense of humor remains very much intact.

"IM OUT YAY. THE surgery went well. Not sure I should be posting high on drugs. I’m high. So oh I’m recovering at home with drugs," Tracey shared on Instagram. "Anyway I want to THANK EVERYONE I read all your DMs and comments. Special shout outs to my family [Kim, Kroy] and their million kids. I cried in fear all morning and my best buddy KJ said on FaceTime [you're] not gonna die. I stopped crying. So much support."

Kim also shared a post-surgery update on Instagram, writing: "Yeahhhhh [Tracey] is out of surgery! Thank you for all your prayers! All went well she is in much better spirits [than] she was this morning at 630am. She cries I cry so [KJ] had to step in and calm her down! We will keep you posted on everything as for now she [is] high as a kite loving life."

Tracey first opened up about her "very personal journey" on a recent episode of Kim's podcast, before she went into surgery. On it, she shared that she first became aware of the health issue several months back when she woke up in intense pain and ended up in the ER. There she was diagnosed with a cyst that was large enough that it needed to be removed in surgery. Tracey noted in the podcast sit-down with Kim and Kroy Biermann that she underwent a number of further diagnostic tests, including ones to see if she had cancer, in the wake of the discovery.

Kim shared this emotional message for her longtime sidekick on Instagram: "We love Tracey so much and we know that everything is going to be ok however we need all your prayers, positive vibes and love sent her way. We know the Power of Prayer first hand from all of you. (I firmly believe that my baby Kash has perfect eye sight and has almost fully recovered because of all the prayers and love you guys sent) so let’s allllll rally together and pray that Tracey has a successful surgery and speedy recovery. We LOVE YOU BLOOM. #CancerFree."
