"It's going to be my fourth date," Dorinda said in her interview with Jeff Lewis on the SiriusXM show, and went on to recall the "funny story" of how she met her most recent suitor. "I was at Omar’s [restaurant in NYC], and I was sitting having dinner — quite a big dinner — and he sat at the [table] thinking it was his dinner, but it wasn’t his dinner, and he said, ‘Oh, my God, I’m at the wrong dinner table,'” she explained of the chance meeting. The RHONY alum and the mystery man ended up hitting it off, sharing a drink, and eventually made plans to see each other again. "Can you believe he called?" Dorinda jokingly asked Jeff, going on to share that her new beau has taken her out on "very nice" dates so far.

Dorinda has previously opened up about her desire to step back into the dating scene, as it was revealed during Season 12 of RHONY that her relationship with John Mahdessian, her boyfriend of seven years, had come to an end. "I am on The League [dating app], so if you know anyone, Andy," Dorinda had shared with host Andy Cohen after he inquired about her dating life during her August 10 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

Dorinda also opened up about her life like never before with the release of her first book, Make It Nice, which hit shelves several months ago. "I’ve forgotten a lot of the stuff. We don’t really think about ourselves as Dorinda at 21 or Dorinda at 18 or Dorinda as a little girl or Dorinda when she was first married," she said in an interview with The Daily Dish, adding, "And that’s been really interesting. It was a great process."

Recently, Dorinda took to Instagram to share a fun video with her book. "This is what I call 'an audio book,'" she wrote in the caption of her December 5 post, which featured an audio clip from her iconic "make it nice" moment playing just as the Make It Nice author opened her book.
