This Story Confirms We Wish We Were Friends with Drew Barrymore and Courtney Love in the '90s
The former child star-turned-icon also reflects on flashing "grouch" David Letterman back in the day.
When Drew Barrymore stopped by Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Wednesday, the Santa Clarita Diet actress didn't hold back about anything. Not that we're surprised because she's always been a candid celeb. She dished about the possibility of ever seeing an E.T. sequel, and she also weighed in on when we might see her and collaborator Adam Sandler reunite on the big screen.
At some point, the conversation turned to the '90s because, let's face it, that's the decade that she rose to icon status, having survived childhood superstardom. That being said, she revealed a bit about being besties with Courtney Love back in the day, and her tale about hitting the party scene with her, as she recounts in the video above, is incredible.
The story is so great that it left her co-star, Timothy Olyphant, exclaiming, "I'm so sick of your life already. I'm just sick of it." Yes, Drew's life is that fab. So, press play and see what we mean.
The BFFS back in the day.
Speaking of the bygone era of the 1990s, she also opened up a bit about that time she flashed "grouch" David Letterman when she was a guest on his late-night show back in the day. Check out what she had to say, below.
