Emily Simpson Recently Shared Photos of "Young Hot Shane"

The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member Emily Simpson recently declared her own holiday and it has something to do with her husband, Shane Simpson: "Its National Shane Appreciation Day. That’s it."

From there, Emily posted several throwbacks of her longtime hubby to honor him, including one she captioned, "Young hot Shane."

She noted in another photo he's "older but still hot Shane."

While Emily and Shane experienced some ups and downs in their relationship during Season 14 of RHOC, in the current Season 15 they are definitely in a better place.

And while there are always opinions either way, as it turns out, Shane doesn't listen to any of the chatter: "And we are [doing better] and I think we’ve just gotten to the point where it’s just — he really doesn’t care. He handles all of that so much better than I do," Emily recently told The Daily Dish. "I’ll be like, 'Oh my gosh, people,' and he’s like, 'I don’t care.' He really doesn’t care. So I have to give him props for really just the show and people and their opinions of him, they literally do not affect him at all."

In other Shane and Emily news, Emily recently shared to The Daily Dish that she doesn't have any new updates regarding if Shane has taken the bar exam again, but did offer an update on her own law career.

She is now working with the California Innocence Project. She explained, "I’ve always been interested in the Innocence Project. I’ve actually watched lots of series and documentaries about wrongfully convicted people who have spent large amounts of time in jail and then have their convictions overturned by certain organizations, like the Innocence Project."
