Fredrik Eklund Had the "Most Incredible Family Time" with Derek and the Twins Over the Holiday

Whoever said that dreaming of a white Christmas can’t mean spending the holiday on a white sand beach?

Fredrik Eklund recently enjoyed a tropical getaway with his husband, Derek Kaplan, and their adorable twins, Freddy and Milla. The Million Dollar Listing New York entrepreneur and his loved ones celebrated Christmas at The Brando, a luxury resort in French Polynesia. 

In a December 25 post, Fredrik shared a photo of the crew dressed for the beach. “Merry Christmas!” he captioned the post, going on to share some insight on his fatherhood experience with Derek. “For you twin parents out there…we did it without a nanny!” 

In a later post, Fredrik shared a heartwarming video featuring some of the sweetest memories of their trip, including a relaxing boat ride, a stroll on the beach, and some delicious meals. 

Finally, in a December 29 post, Fredrik uploaded a series of picture-perfect moments and reflected on the family’s trip. 

“The most incredible family time… precious memories I will always cherish… And never take for granted… life passes so fast… holding their little soft sandy hands so tight… the bright sunrises, the stunning sunsets… cuddling without having to rush anywhere… watching Disney in the nightly rain outside… popcorn in bed… breakfast, lunch and dinner always together… just us…” he wrote.

Though Fredrik and Derek decided to spend the holiday away from home, they still decorated their Bel Air house fabulously for the occasion. The family’s abode included not one but two stunning Christmas trees. “We’re known for starting [the] holidays early in this family because we love it so much,” Fredrik has previously explained.
