With Sophie and Adeline living in the Big Apple, Shannon plans to divide her time between her house by the beach and the East Coast.
The empty nester told BravoTV.com that since her girls have "all left the OC," she'll be spending a lot of time here in New York City."
In the future, the mom of three could see herself permanently re-locating.
"I do see myself, someday, moving back East," Shannon told BravoTV.com. "It's one thing that I always wanted to do when I was younger and I never did — I probably never would have left. I love the city. I love everything about back East. People think that I'm from the East Coast, but I'm not. Born and raised SoCal. West Coast."
