In Teresa Giudice's family, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree — or, shall we say, from the gym? The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom is a major fitness buff, and her daughter Gia Giudice is similarly committed to getting in a good workout when she can — even if it's super early in the morning.

Gia Giudice does pilates for her morning workout

In her recent Stories post on Instagram, Gia shared a photo from her pilates class. The photo was timestamped 7:03 a.m., and Gia was up and at 'em, ready to get to work on the Reformer. The college graduate had her hair back in a practical ponytail, and she was dressed in an all-black outfit with a dark manicure to match.

Gia Giudice goes to Orange Theory five days a week

In the clip at the top of the post, Gia shares more about her workout habits. "I am crazy with Orange Theory right now," she says. "I go to Orange Theory like five days a week. It's like my new kick. And I recently just got a personal trainer. She's like a life coach, nutritionist, personal trainer."

Gia Giudice shares the details of her "full body workout"

In a video shared last October, Gia spilled more details on how she stays fit. The 23-year-old took her followers through her "full body workout,"  which began with a mile-long run on the treadmill.

The workout went on to include bridges with a dumbbell and resistance band, arm presses, an "ab burnout" that featured lower ab crunches with a small medicine ball, side ab crunches, and a "final burnout finisher" which involved quick arm pulls and a fast run on the treadmill.

Earlier in October, Gia detailed "leg day." While rocking an Alo black sports bra and matching leggings, Gia did a one-legged squat with a dumbbell, squat jumps with a resistance band, deadlifts with a barbell, a dumbbell squat swing, reverse lunges with a dumbbell, squat holds with a dumbbell, and "burn out" moves that involved running on the treadmill, lunge jumps, quick arm pulls, and squat holds.

Then, on November 13, Gia shared more details from her "ab burnout" workouts. Her new moves involved mountain climbers, V-situps with leg lifts, crab crawls, and leg lifts that worked the lower and side abs, and back planks.
