Gia Giudice Reveals the Intense Details of Her "Full Body Workout" (VIDEO)

The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter's sweat sessions feature "ab burnout" moves, running on the treadmill, and more.

Gia Giudice likes to keep her followers updated via TikTok with her various day-to-day routines, from skincare to haircare to travel. One thing she also loves to document? Her workouts. Judging from some of her videos on the social media app, they look like they truly build up a solid sweat!

Gia Giudice shares the details of her "full body workout" and more 

In a video shared on October 31, Teresa Giudice’s eldest daughter took her followers through her "full body workout" with a pal, which kicked off with a mile-long run on the treadmill.

Also in the mix: bridges with a dumbbell and resistance band, arm presses, an "ab burnout" that included lower ab crunches with a small medicine ball, side ab crunches, and a "final burnout finisher" which involved quick arm pulls and a fast run on the tread.

Additionally, on November 13, Gia shared more details from her "ab burnout" workouts, which involved mountain climbers, V-situps with leg lifts, crab crawls, and leg lifts that worked the lower and side abs, and back planks. 

Moreover, earlier in October, Gia also detailed "leg day" with her friend and sister, Audriana, as the three took on some difficult-seeming workout moves. 

While rocking an Alo black sports bra and matching leggings, Gia did a one-legged squat with a dumbbell, squat jumps with a resistance band, deadlifts with a barbell, a dumbbell squat swing, reverse lunges with a dumbbell, squat holds with a dumbbell, and "burn out" moves that involved running on the treadmill, lunge jumps, quick arm pulls, and squat holds.

In addition to her workouts, Gia also shared the details of her skincare routine on TikTok over the summer — and we were sure to take notes. 

After her shower, Gia started by cleaning her ears, then putting on her “favorite Kiehl’s [face] mask,” the brand’s Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleansing Masque. While letting the mask sit, Gia put Sol de Janeiro Bum Bum Body Firmeza Oil and Brazilian Bum Bum Cream “all over [her] body” and noted that she likes to use the products on the areas she recently shaved. “It just makes your skin feel so soft,” she explained. 

After washing off the mask and patting her face dry, Gia revealed she was trying the Alpha Beta Extra Strength Daily Peel Pads from Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, then putting on Glow Recipe Plum Plump Hyaluronic Serum followed by the same brand’s Avocado Ceramide Recovery Serum.

Then, following “a pea-sized amount” of Biossance Squalane + Marine Algae Eye Cream, Gia used Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream. “This is like my go-to moisturizer,” she said as she rubbed it onto her face and neck. “It just makes my skin feel so hydrated.” 

Gia then brushed her teeth and used GUM Proxabrush Go-Betweens Interdental Brushes. “I finish off with my tongue scraper,” she said. “I’m not gonna show you how to use it. It’s gross, but [a] game changer.” After swishing around some mouthwash, Gia added a few more products to her face. 

“I love using castor oil on my eyebrows and eyelashes,” she said. “I see such a difference from using castor oil. My hair grows so much quicker.”
