You could say that Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi's love life has been a bit of an emotional roller coaster over the past year. We saw GG fall in love with Shalom Yeroushalmi, have some heated moments with her beau, and then ultimately get engaged to him after just a few months of dating. GG and Shalom would then get married and file for divorce earlier this year, but then appear to be back together this fall. 

When The Daily Dish caught up with GG earlier this season, prior to the news that she and Shalom had reportedly reconciled, we asked the Shahs of Sunset pal how her parents, Fatima and Mahmoud, have reacted to the ups and downs of her relationship. "I said this a lot about my parents when people asked me about Shalom when we were first dating, what they thought of him, and when we broke up what they thought of him. I'm very, very, very picky when it comes to certain things with men, so it's not often that I do have a guy that I'm gonna bring home to my parents. You know, I might be dating a guy, but I don't bring a guy home. If I do, it's because my parents know, 'OK, she's checked off the checklist. She knows what she's doing,'" GG explained. "The minute I see a sign in him, they'll know enough to know, 'OK, she saw it, so she's ending it.' So they're just kind of ride or die with it. Whatever I'm going through, they trust the process and they support."

GG's parents seemed pretty pleased with her then-new man when she introduced them to Shalom earlier this season of Shahs of Sunset, which you can relive in the clip, above. However, GG said her father was upset about her marriage to Shalom for one reason. Find out why, below.
