Gwen Stefani's House Is for Sale and It Sounds Pretty Magical

If you have $35,000,000 burning a hole in your pocket (and, really, who doesn't?), James Harris knows just how you should spend your hard-earned dough: real estate, of course!

The latest listing burning up the luxury market is the home of Gwen Stefani, which she once shared with her now ex-husband, Gavin Rossdale, and their sons. Located in the 90210, it comes with something for everyone: seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms spanning 11,845 square feet, according to Variety. There's also an outdoor living space complete with fireplace, infinity pool, tennis court, chicken coop and playground area. But if that's not enough, the luxe home comes with a guesthouse, which should come in handy if you ever want to keep annoying visitors at arm's length. 

The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent can't say enough about the awesome home. "Gwen Stefani has the most exquisite home on the market," James recently explained to The Daily Dish. "It's in a gated community, sits on two acres of land." Oh, and the inside is also pretty cool. "It was designed by Kelly Wearstler; the sickest house on the market right now," he said of the estate, which was previously owned by hospitality mogul Sam Nazarian and pop star Jennifer Lopez (on separate occasions, naturally) before that. "It's a very acquired taste: different style, different tiles and marbles and carpets, but if you like that style, it's the coolest house on the market today."

As for that price tag, James joked, "Steal. Deal of the century."
