Lindsay Hubbard Allegedly Talked About Her New Year's Eve Party Plans with This Bravoleb

"I definitely felt hurt," Hannah Berner said on WWHL of not being invited to Lindsay Hubbard's party.

The Summer House cast didn't waste any time in bringing the drama in the Season 5 premiere on February 4.

Some of the roommates noticed a chilly reception between Hannah Berner and Lindsay Hubbard upon their arrival at the house for the summer. Hannah explained in an interview during the episode that Lindsay threw a New Year's Eve party in December 2019 and didn't invite her but invited Luke Gulbranson, even though "he basically was my boyfriend" at the time, according to Hannah.

She went on to allege that Lindsay tried to get Luke and Danielle Olivera "to hook up" at that party. "Don't understand what I possibly could have done to make Lindsay so mad that she would try to sabotage my relationship with Luke," Hannah said in an interview during the episode.

When Hannah confronted Lindsay about this during dinner that night, Lindsay explained that the reason Hannah wasn't invited was because she was "talking s--t on a podcast." The episode then played an excerpt from that podcast interview where Hannah expressed that she felt like Lindsay had been treating her like her "minion."

Though Danielle admitted that she and Luke did make out that night of the New Year's Eve party, Lindsay confirmed that she had nothing to do with it and "never tried to get anyone to hook up." Lindsay reiterated that during a one-on-one conversation with Hannah the next day. The two hashed out their issues and resolved to "work on our friendship to build trust again," as Hannah put it during their talk. Hannah and Lindsay hugged and appeared ready to move forward.

The Summer House drama came up again when Hannah appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on February 4, and we — as well as Hannah — actually learned some new information, courtesy of her fellow guest, Southern Charm's Austen Kroll. "Yeah, I mean, she called me, and she was like, 'I'm not inviting Hannah,'" Austen claimed in the above clip. "Sorry to say that I know that, but yeah, she called me."

Austen also confirmed Lindsay's rationale for not inviting Hannah to her party. "I think it was for what she said [on Summer House]. To give her some credit, she definitely says what she means and doesn't hide it. She was like, '[Hannah]'s been talking some smack,'" Austen recalled of his alleged conversation with Lindsay about the party. "And I was like, I want no part of this, but I knew."

Hannah then clarified what she said about Lindsay during that past podcast interview. "Yeah, it was definitely a comment taken out of context, and I think she used it to kind of make me feel like crap," Hannah shared on WWHL. "I was promoting my first season [of Summer House], and it was a sentence that I said, 'Now we're great friends, and I realized it takes her a while to trust people.'"

She also explained why Luke attended Lindsay's New Year's Eve party without her if they were practically together at that point. "He's friends with Lindsay, too, and it was kind of like literally the whole group except for me [was] there," Hannah said on WWHL. "So he went and he called me right after and was like, 'It was weird.'"

As for what Hannah did that New Year's Eve instead? "I went to a small house party with some of my comedian friends," she shared. "And I had a good time, but I definitely felt hurt. It sucked."
