Jamie Lee Curtis Defends Kim Kardashian Following Paris Robbery: "Leave This Poor Woman Alone"
The Scream Queens actress claps back at haters following the $10 million heist of the reality star's jewels.
Whatever you think of Kim Kardashian as a public figure, Jamie Lee Curtis wants to hear none of your hate for her in the wake of her being robbed in Paris over the weekend. When the Scream Queens star sat down with James Corden on his late-night talk show on Monday, she was quick to applaud The Late Late Show host for jumping on social media and attempting to silence the haters.
“You were the first person to stand up and tell the Twitter souls that they should shut the f*** up and leave this poor woman alone, and let her recover. You said it, and I’m impressed by you. It’s a mother of two small children! My god, these people just need to have their devices put somewhere," she said.
James also reiterated on his show what he had shared on Twitter hours prior, “Regardless of whatever you think of someone, it’s someone being held at gunpoint in a room. Just don’t say anything. You don’t need to say anything. Just don’t do anything.”
James and Jamie are among the celebs who have spoken up and supported Kim after she was robbed at gunpoint while in Paris, with $10 million in jewelry stolen from her. Kanye West's former girlfriend, Amber Rose, only had kind words for Kim in the wake of the news. “It’s unfortunate,” she told Us Weekly. “It’s sad.”
Kim's pal, Chrissy Teigen, was quick to jump to Kim's defense as well.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta pal NeNe Leakes also defended her fellow reality star.
