The Southern Charm-er gave a shoutout to the "queens" while reflecting on his BravoCon 2023 experience.
Jarrett “JT” Thomas is giving flowers to the “queens” of Bravo.
On Thursday, November 9, the Southern Charm newbie returned to Instagram to reflect on his first-ever BravoCon experience, which went down last week in Las Vegas. The post included a handful of photos of him and his sisters at the event, where they met and posed with big-name Bravolebrities, including Shahs of Sunset’s Mercedes “MJ” Javid, The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice, The Real Housewives of Potomac’s Ashley Darby, The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Tamra Judge, The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Marlo Hampton, and his Southern Charm castmate Patricia Altschul.
JT Thomas celebrates the Bravo "queens" who paved the way
“I had two goals this past weekend as a rookie: to show all the fans my genuine gratitude and to show as many of the legendary women who have worked tirelessly for years before me, the utmost respect,” JT captioned the post, which featured his sisters, Caroline Rasmus and Natalie Rasmus. “As a newcomer, it’s not lost to me that I have this opportunity because of a lot of extraordinary women that came before me."
He continued: "What made it even more special is that my little sisters (both bravoholics) were by my side soaking up the love and paying respects to the Queens that helped pave the way. I’ll never forget this weekend and huge thanks to the fans and women featured above, nothing but love and respect to you all.”
JT Thomas applauds Lisa Vanderpump and Vicki Gunvalson
While JT gave props to all the “legendary women” in the Bravo-verse, there were two Housewife OGs who received special shoutouts: RHOC alum Vicki Gunvalson and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Lisa Vanderpump.
“I remember watching you both as a much younger man in awe,” he said about Vicki and Lisa. “I never thought in a million years I would someday be affiliated with what you two helped create. Thank you for everything, if it weren’t for you both I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be here. Also big thanks to Ms. Patricia, not only are you a star and someone I admire, but you also made [Whitney Sudler-Smith] who had the idea of Southern Charm. Respectfully, JT.”
The post received more than 1,800 “likes” and dozens of comments from fans, friends, and other Bravolebrities, including Southern Hospitality’s Joe Bradley, who crowned JT “Rookie of the year”; as well as Summer House’s Samantha Feher.
“Biggest [B]ravo fan of all time,” Sam commented, to which JT replied: “Which means I’m a fan of you as well! Haha such a fun weekend.”
