How Does Jenni Pulos Balance Work and Family Life?

Jenni Pulos works hard to balance work life and home life, but the Flipping Out pro is always willing to give credit to the people who help her in her endeavors. Now a mom of two little girls — Alianna and Georgia — the mom praised her nanny to The Daily Dish a while back.

"I will give a massive amount of credit to my nanny, who has helped shape Alianna's life," Jenni said in 2016, before Georgia was born. "I think it's very important to not feel guilt when there's other figures that influence your daughter or son. Embrace that, embrace their teachers, embrace other people shaping them to who they will become, because I find it for myself, if I'm going to be jealous that my nanny and her have a bond, that's just my own problem, really, because they both have enriched each other's lives so greatly."

Indeed, it looks like Jenni's nanny, Monica, has become part of her family — and vice versa. Monica is set to walk down the aisle, and just asked Alianna and Georgia to be her flower girls!

Jenni shared the news in an Instagram post on February 11. Showing her little sweet peas wearing pink flower crowns, and grinning widely with their bride-to-be nanny, Jenni wrote: "These girls said YES to being our MoMo's flower girls on her wedding day! They can’t wait to be your petal princesses ... We love you, Monica! Thank you for being such a positive influence in our girls' lives."

Over on her own Instagram feed, Monica shared the sweet way in which she asked the girls to take part in her wedding. A series of photos contained a snap of the handwritten card she penned to her little pals. "Alianna & Georgia," the note began. "To our beautiful girls, who are more special than you know, it's truly been a joy, to watch you laugh and grow. You're part of our family, and you've won over our hearts. As our journey continues I need your help with this part. I have a favor to ask, I hope 'YES!' is what you say. Will you be our flower girls on our wedding day?"

This isn't the only role Jenni and her family will play in Monica's wedding. Jenni helped her super nanny pick out her dress for a special episode of Say Yes to the Dress, which aired in January 2018.
