Has Jennifer Aydin Apologized to Melissa Gorga After Saying She's "Self-Absorbed"?
The RHONJ cast member offers an update on her beef with the fellow Garden State mom.
ICYMI: Jennifer Aydin's feud with Melissa Gorga reached a new level during The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 10 reunion when she claimed that Melissa was "way too self-absorbed" to ever have another child, as fans saw her exploring during that season.
In the time since the reunion aired, Melissa offered an update on where things stand with Jennifer during Watch What Happened Live with Andy Cohen last week (filmed before the passing of her father-in-law, Giacinto Gorga).
"She actually did send me a text. You know what she did do, she went live on Instagram. I didn't tune in, but my mother did since she was home. It was during this quarantine," Melissa said, before offering up Jennifer's explanation of those reunion comments. "And I guess during the Live, some fans were getting on her. They were backing me up a little bit."
Melissa said that Jennifer meant that the mother of three is such a good mom, she couldn't imagine her wanting to be away from a baby and working at the same time.
"She then said, 'Guys, everybody took it the wrong way. I was saying that because Melissa is such an amazing, great mother that I couldn't imagine her going to work. It was like total flip of what she said the first time," Melissa explained. "She was kind of retracting... Whatever. I'll take it."
