And now he's revealing more about another endeavor: MMA (mixed martial arts) fighting.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey husband has been documenting his progress in the sport on Instagram. And it's a plan that's long been in the works: Teresa previously shared that he planned to explore MMA fighting once he was released from custody. And now he's definitely taking it seriously; he even has trainers he's working with in Salerno.

He also shared his motivation to maintain his slimmed-down physique: "Getting ready to shed some pasta," he wrote.
