Louie Ruelas, Joe Gorga, Frank Catania, and John Fuda Clarified Their Careers at BravoCon 2023
The Real Husbands of New Jersey are setting the record straight on what they do for a living.
If you asked Joe Gorga, Bill Aydin, John Fuda, and Frank Catania what they do for a living, you might expect The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast members to simply say they're Real Husbands. But did you know these men have other, very real jobs outside of supporting their lovely 'Wives?
While everyone knows that Bill is a successful plastic surgeon (he's filmed many a scene in his white coat!), fans are a bit more confused about what exactly the other men do. During Day 3 of BravoCon 2023, Daryn Carp moderated "The Jersey Guys" conversation where they finally set the record straight.
The men's clarification came after Shahs of Sunset's Reza Farahan asked them how they build their wealth during the audience Q&A portion of the panel.
"How are you guys diversifying the cash flow?" he said. "Let the audience and myself know, because I want to have stacked pockets like all y'all up there."
Joe, who Reza had specifically asked about his real estate endeavors, took the mic first.
"Definitely real estate," he said. "Like, passive income? I say every month is my birthday. Cause you want to have money coming in no matter what if you're not working. ... Definitely, apartment buildings is what I do for a living."
Frank chimed in next.
"Despite what everyone thinks, I'm not jobless and living on [ex-wife Dolores Catania]'s coattails," he said. "Obviously I'm a disbarred attorney, but that was never my only business. I do real estate as well. I have a construction company. But in the last few years I've also gotten into the cannabis industry big time. In Jersey we're recreational legal and we're thriving. Knock on wood."
John, one of RHONJ's newest husbands, also clarified his job. Fans first met the businessman during Season 13, when he joined the show alongside his wife Rachel Fuda.
"I actually own a parking management company," John shared. "And I have a tile business."
Still, he left out a very important part of his resume: his one-time appearance on Law & Order. As Rachel put it in Season 13 Episode 1 of RHONJ, "We're among a superstar."
Luis Ruelas explains what he does for a living
In addition to the "The Jersey Guys" conversation, we also caught up with Teresa Giudice's husband, Luis "Louis" Ruelas, at Part 2 of the "In a Jersey State of Mind" Panel. During the Q&A section of the panel, a fan questioned Luis to describe his job "in 10 words or less."
Luis proudly stepped in to describe his career, saying, "I monetize social media traffic, so I manage [my] clients' ability to create customers online."
