Kandi Burruss’ Husband Todd Tucker Is Sharing a Powerful Message About Voting
The RHOA husband’s new initiative is encouraging more men to register to vote.
Kandi Burruss’ husband Todd Tucker is encouraging others to make their voices heard. The Real Housewives of Atlanta spouse recently shared that he’s launching a new initiative that will help spread the message of the importance of voting.
In an Instagram post dated June 12, Todd announced that he’s teaming up with Anthony Mackie, Omar J. Dorsey, Kellon Akeem, and Kermit Quinn to launch the site, IAmAMan.Vote, which aims to register at least a million men to vote before the next national election on Tuesday, November 3.
Todd outlined the initiative’s goal in the caption, writing, “Ladies and Gentlemen, in conjunction with Michelle Obama’s ‘When We Vote’, myself and my four brothers have accepted and are issuing ‘The Challenge’ of encouraging at least 1 MILLION men of our communities to join in with us in a progressive social effort to register men in underserved communities who have never participated in our political process.”
Kandi showed her support for the powerful new initiative by reposting the announcement on her Instagram and urging her own followers to help pass on the message. “Please help spread the word & encourage any men that you know who haven’t registered yet!” she wrote.
