Kandi, Porsha & Shamea Are "Still Recovering" After a Family Day Out at the Pumpkin Patch
The Real Housewives of Atlanta ladies took their families, including Porsha's sister Lauren, out for a classic fall outing, and the photos are adorable.
In case you haven't heard, pumpkins are in season, and some of the ladies of The Real Housewives of Atlanta are getting in plenty of gourds.
In their recent Instagram posts, Kandi Burruss and Shamea Morton both shared a look at their idyllic outing to the pumpkin patch, where they had some fall fun with Porsha Williams, Porsha's sister Lauren Williams, and their combined kiddos and family members.
Kandi, Porsha, and Shamea have been close for quite some time — and they make it a habit to show up for each other's families. How's this for friendship: Back in March, Porsha shared a video of Shamea, her daughter Shya Nyambura Mwangi, and her husband, Gerald Mwangi, celebrating Porsha's daughter PJ's birthday with a little cake they had made at home.
In her caption, Porsha wrote, “Awe. The Mwangi’s are the best ever. Every Year on [PJ’s] actual BDay they send her the cutest video of them with a cake for Pj and a whole tiny party until we see them for her real party! Besties are [God’s] gift! I’m glad [PJ] also has one in [Shya].”
Plus, back in 2021, Kandi, Porsha, and Shamea all came together at Shya's third birthday party. Shamea's snaps included a photo of the RHOA ladies smiling together, each holding their own little ones. And if you can handle any more cuteness, it just gets better.

On October 8, Shamea took to Instagram to share an adorable video featuring snippets from the pumpkin patch outing. Scored by a song called, appropriately, "The Pumpkin Patch," clips showed the RHOA mamas and their kids gliding down a giant slide, posing with pumpkins, and generally having a blast.
In her caption, Shamea wrote: "[Shya] is in a phase where her smiles are EXTRA STRONG and I’m here for it." She added: "We had a stankin good time."
Kandi also shared some photos from the autumnal outing in her feed. "It’s that time of year where a trip to the [pumpkin patch] is a must!" wrote the Atlanta mama on Instagram. In the comments, Porsha quipped: "Why I’m still recovering these kids know how to have fun." And Kandi's photos proved it.
The singer's pics showed her son, Ace Tucker, smiling wide as he held up a giant pumpkin. Kandi also shared several cute photos of the whole group, who posed for pictures in the patch.
Never has squash looked so photogenic.
