Kate Chastain's All-Time Favorite Below Deck Moment Could Have Left the Yacht "Supremely Damaged"

It made Below Deck history, according to the chief stew.

By Laura Rosenfeld

It's all fun and games until your bubble bath floods the boat.

How to Watch

Watch Below Deck on Bravo Mondays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

Well, actually, Kate Chastain, Amy Johnson, and Connie Arias still managed to have a good time when the three decided to draw the bubble bath to end all bubble baths in the master cabin in Season 3 of Below Deck.

Deckhand Connie took it upon herself to start the bubble bath, which quickly took on a life of its own. "Yes, I'm an adult, and I've made a bubble bath before, but I don't know what all these products that the stews have inside that the stews ask me to put together," Connie recalled when The Daily Dish caught up with her backstage at Below Deck's 100th episode celebration on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen earlier this month (clip above). "I don't even know what I put in. I was like, that doesn't look good. I put another thing. It was coming out the door, which means I flooded the entire bathroom."

Connie added, "And then I just remember Kate turning the corner, and she dropped to her knees, couldn't even talk."

Connie, Kate, and Amy all agreed that this was their favorite Below Deck moment of all time. But it could have very easily been one of Kate's worst memories from the show. "Once I realized the boat wasn't gonna be supremely damaged, it was super fun," Kate told The Daily Dish. "It was so wild. Best foam party in Below Deck history."

Well, can we just say that when the charter guests' foam party at the beginning of Season 3 is your baseline, there's only one way to go from there.

And here's a little fun fact from Connie. "I had the charter guest's extensions in my thong because she left them in a drawer, so a bubble bath with a woman's extensions in my thong," she said. "Proud."

Below Deck alums Ben Robinson, Eddie Lucas, David Bradberry, and Jen Howell have more memories from the show that will make you LOL. Check it out in the above video.
