Kenya Moore Is Reminded of a “Bittersweet” Memory of Marc Daly

A lot can change in a year, and no one has learned that more than Kenya Moore. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star reflected on how much her life has changed in the last 12 months in an emotional Instagram post in which she shared how she currently feels about her former spouse, Marc Daly, just weeks after she announced their plans to split up.

Kenya shared this update after she attended the 21st Annual Corps de Ballet Fashion Show & Luncheon at St. Regis Atlanta with Misty Copeland in Atlanta and remembered where she was at this time last year: "Thank you Josh for inviting me again this year. It was bittersweet as my husband and I were there together last year and Brooklyn (in my belly)," she remarked about attending the 2019 event.

Kenya confirmed her split from Marc on September after two years of marriage. "It is with profound sadness that I regret to inform my fans that I am divorcing my husband Marc Daly,” Kenya said in a statement to PEOPLE at that time. “Due to recent and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue in the marriage. My sole concern and focus is and will always be my daughter, Brooklyn, my miracle baby. She was made in love and true commitment. I ask for our privacy to be respected moving forward."

In the exclusive video above, Kenya opened up more about how her life has changed since she was on RHOA last as she gears up for Season 12, which premieres Sunday, November 3 at 8/7c.
