Kim Zolciak: 'I Have Not Had Surgery on My Face'

Don't Be Tardy star Kim Zolciak has never shied away from discussing her love of make-up, wigs and even cosmetic surgery. That's why a recent story on a celebrity blog speculating that she'd had a full face lift may not have shocked anyone—only, it's not true.

According to Kim, the gossip item, in which plastic surgeons listed possible procedures she'd undergone, is total BS.

"This is ridiculous!," Kim tweeted, blasting the story. "Top doctors my ass! I have not had surgery on my face period!!!!"

It does seem, if it were true, that the the mother of six would admit to a face lift given how open she's been in the past. Last year, Kim's decision to undergo breast augmentation and tummy tuck surgeries was documented on Don't Be Tardy.

Kim even raved about her plastic surgeon, Dr. Leonard Hochstein, husband of Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein, on her blog. "I am super happy. They don't call him the "Boob God" for no reason!" said Kim referencing Dr. Hochstein's nickname. "I love my new ta-tas!"

But this isn't the first time Kim has had to deny having work done to her face, which she maintains is untouched. Two months ago, responding to questions about whether or not she'd had her nose done, Kim posted this side by side with her youngest daughter Kaia and oldest daughter Brielle.

"I guess we have ALL had nose jobs," she captioned the pic.
