Eagle-eyed fans may have noticed that Kim had shed her baby weight miraculously fast—she did—and now the mother of six is sharing how she lost those extra pounds. In fact, she says she dropped 42 pounds in just nine days.
"I gained 50 pounds [throughout the pregnancy] and nine days later, after I had delivered the babies, I lost 42 pounds," she tells the new issue of OK! magazine (on-sale now).
Kim admits that the birthing process certainly was a factor to a quick bounce-back. "That's water and the babies," she says. "I had two sacks, two placentas, and two babies, so there was a lot."
Still, she did take up an intense exercise routine. "[Kroy] works me out!" she says. "He worked out so much during rehab [for a sports injury] that he trained me too. I don't enjoy working out, but I do enjoy walking, so we walk two to three miles every night."
Beyond losing the weight, Kim is thankful that her body didn't change too much in other ways. "I didn't get stretch marks, though, thank God" she says. "I made my own [preventive] stretch mark cream here at home."
