Kyle Richards Shares New Details About Mauricio Umansky's Office in Their Home (PHOTO)
"That was my favorite room," the RHOBH cast member shared about what is now the real estate pro's workspace in their house.
Throughout Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, viewers have seen glimpses of Mauricio Umansky working at his desk in the house he lives in with Kyle Richards and their daughters. On Episode 15, Kyle shared a new look at the real estate pro's office space, and it's not exactly what we expected.
During the February 7 episode, Dorit Kemsley visited Kyle at her Encino house and suggested, "Should we sit in your little sitting area?... It's a beautiful room, Kyle." While the room, which Kyle redid in 2021, certainly is beautiful, Kyle shared that she once preferred hanging out in the room that is now Mauricio's workspace.
"Everyone calls [the sitting area] my room, because [Mauricio] took that [other] room as his office," Kyle told Dorit. "That was my favorite room."
The Season 13 premiere showed Mauricio's desk setup, but as you can see in the photo below from Episode 15, the office also has a couch, leather chairs, a leopard-print ottoman, and a fireplace.

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky's living arrangement
Amid their separation, Kyle and Mauricio have continued to live in the home together. On an October episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Kyle explained that she sleeps "in a different room" from Mauricio as they continue to cohabitate.
"I let him stay in the primary bedroom because it's very, like, masculine, and the upstairs floor is like the glam — I can't stand that word — area, and there's, like, a bed," she said. "So I was like, 'You know what, what am I gonna do? Put him a little room with flowers and, you know, pink and velvet?' No."
Two months later, she shared more details with The Messenger. "We both very much live at home in the same house, and we're fortunate enough that my home can fit us all to spread out," she said. "And I'm also very fortunate that we get along and care about each other very much and that we are a family no matter what."
"That's always been what we stand for," she continued. "That has not changed, and, obviously, some days are not as great as others. Some days it's like, 'Oh, it's a little awkward today.' And other days, it's like nothing ever happened, and we're just all watching TV as a family."
New episodes of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 air on Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo. Stream the next day on Peacock.
