Kyle Richards Shares the Moment From Mauricio's Birthday That "Brought Us All to Tears"

Mauricio Umansky rung in his 50th birthday with a seriously tricked-out gift from wife Kyle Richards, but it looks like the festivities didn’t stop there. Kyle recently took to Instagram to share a glimpse at her family’s sweet celebration of the milestone occasion — including a special moment that seemingly brought everyone to tears.

On June 30, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom shared a series of photos capturing her, Mauricio, and their four daughters as they celebrated his birthday with some quality family time in the great outdoors. Though most of the photos capture the RHOBH family as they trek through the woods and enjoy some picturesque scenery, the final snapshot showcases Kyle and her daughters looking teary-eyed while hugging Mauricio in a restaurant booth.

So what caused the emotional moment? As Kyle explained the caption, “Last week celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. Such a beautiful way to celebrate life. Packed a picnic and went on a family hike in Aspen, Colorado. The last photo my husband's words brought us all to tears.”

Prior to their Aspen getaway, Kyle commemorated Mauricio’s birthday by paying a special tribute to him on Instagram. “Thank you for being a loving husband and father and for everything you do for our family,” she wrote in part. “Crazy that we have been together more than half of our lives. I love you so much and hope this birthday brings you continued health [and] happiness!"
