Kyle Richards Says You Can't Fail with These Timeless Valentine's Day Gifts

Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and if you haven't gotten your significant other a gift yet, well, you're probably going to find yourself in a bit of a bind. Luckily, Kyle Richards, who just celebrated her 21st wedding anniversary with husband Mauricio Umansky, knows a thing or two about what makes a successful Valentine's Day gift. 

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom told The Daily Dish three gifts that are sure to please your Valentine this year — or any year, for that matter. "I think the three gifts you can't go wrong with on Valentine's Day are lingerie, because that's just romantic and sexy. I know it's a cliché, but it's true. I mean, I always shop for it around that time," Kyle said. "And chocolate, because it's an aphrodisiac. And red roses. I mean, you cannot go wrong with any of those."

Um, those sound absolutely perfect to us, not only because they just ooze romance but also because they're super accessible to pick up, especially when you're shopping last minute. 

Kyle has already been feeling the love this winter, thanks to her wedding anniversary, which is on January 20. She and Mauricio celebrated with a couple's trip to New York before heading across the pond to London to meet up with their daughter, Alexia Umansky, who is currently studying abroad in Barcelona. The couple also plans on buying some art for their home in honor of their anniversary. 

So for Valentine's Day, Kyle and Mauricio have slightly more low-key yet still incredibly romantic plans. "I'll just maybe make the reservation because I've learned after this many years, you kind of have to take the bull by the horns with Valentine's Day," Kyle said. "Men [are] always last minute, you can't get a reservation, so maybe I'll just take him to a sweet restaurant and sit in the corner table and canoodle." 

That sounds like the loveliest way to spend the holiday to us.
