Kyle Richards Says Taylor Armstrong Will 'Pull Through'

Girl time is helping Taylor cope with her recent split.

By Lauren Metz

As Taylor Armstrong begins the painful process of divorcing her husband Russell, she's getting some help from her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars.

"I've been trying to get her to go out and have some fun," Kyle tells People about her fellow RHOBH. "I've seen her a lot lately. I love Taylor, and I know she's going through a hard time right now. I'm just being there as a friend."

Less than two weeks ago, Taylor filed divorce papers to end her nearly six year marriage to her venture capitalist husband Russell. The couple has a 5-year-old daughter Kennedy, and their current situation is strikingly similar to Kyle's own experience in the marital arena. In 1988, she married Guraish Aldjufrie and gave birth to daughter Farrah that same year. However, the couple split in 1992 and Kyle later swapped "I Do"s once again in 1996 with her easy-on-the-eyes hubby Mauricio.

"She's going to pull through," Kyle predicts for her newly single pal. "She's a beautiful girl, she's a smart girl; she'll get through it."

Taylor's appreciative of her girlfriends' efforts to keep her head up during a difficult time. "dinner with friends tonight. how would we get through the tough times without them??!! #friendship," she recently tweeted.
