Lala Kent Displays Her Growing Bump at Stagecoach in a Fringe Skirt and Crop Top
The Vanderpump Rules cast member proudly showed off her blossoming belly during the country music fest.
Lala Kent is raising the bar for maternity style.
Although comfort is key when dressing for two, expectant mothers are no longer limited to shapeless, boring garments, like sack dresses or elastic pants. Lala demonstrated this during her first pregnancy several years ago, but has definitely upped her game the second time around. Case in point? Her string of country-tinged outfits for Stagecoach 2024.
Lala Kent bares her baby bump at Stagecoach
On Sunday, April 28, the Vanderpump Rules mom posted a video of her line-dancing at the music festival while decked out in a fashion-forward Western ’fit. She donned a black fringe maxi skirt and a cropped graphic tee that showed off her growing baby bump. Lala accessorized with a pair of oversized sunglasses glasses, mid-calf boots, and a black baseball cap over a patterned head scarf.

The Day 2 look was a solid reflection of the current cowboy trend, which infuses traditional Western pieces with streetwear elements and touches of glam.
“I just feel, right now, the faction is very much glitzy mixed with some Western, cowboy hats, and fluff, and silver, and metallic,” Lala said in her April 23 Amazon Live stream. “And I’m obsessed with it.”
Lala Kent's nails music festival style in a metallic mini-dress
On Day 3 of Stagecoach, the former SUR host hit the fairgrounds in a head-turning metallic bodycon dress that, once again, accented her blossoming belly. She completed the look with a concho-inspired belt with metallic grommets, a bolo tie, and a pair of white-and-pink sneakers.
“I’m ditching the [cowboy boots emoji] for Jordan’s,” she captioned an Instagram Story of the ensemble. “The bolo tie can stay.”
Lala Kent shows off her baby bump at Coachella 2024
Despite being in her second trimester, Lala has fully embraced the music festival season. Earlier this month, she attended Coachella 2024 with her Vanderpump Rules castmates Scheana Shay and Brock Davies. The single mom rocked some stellar looks during the festival’s opening weekend, including a shimmery mini-dress she paired with a cowboy hat and black boots.
Although her fashion game was on point, Lala admitted Coachella wasn’t her “vibe.” She spoke about the experience during the aforementioned Amazon Live stream, saying the annual music event had a bit of a snobby feel.
“I just want to go where I can have a ton of fun,” she said. “When I went to the artist area at Coachella, which is a bougie little area, I’m like, ‘These people don’t even look like they’re having fun. Not at all.”
Lala said she expected Stagecoach to be much different, based on what she was told.
“I’ve never been to Stagecoach. I’ve heard that Stagecoach is much more friendly,” she continued. “Like, you leave with friends there. [Country fans] can be friendly. I’m excited. I’m from Utah, which is not the country, but we’re friendly out there.”
Lala Kent prepares to welcome baby No. 2
In between her Stagecoach festivities, Lala shared another big pregnancy update: “Baby S: 21 weeks & 3 days,” she captioned a recent sonogram of “Baby S.” Lala posted the image nearly two months after she announced she was expecting baby No. 2. The Vanderpump Rules mom — who shares a 3-year-old daughter with her ex — said the baby was conceived through intrauterine insemination (IUI), as she didn't want to "share" her child with a partner.
"I've always been a single parent, so that part didn't scare me," she said on the Vanderpump Rules After Show. "When my mom brought up, 'What about a donor?', it just kind of seemed like a no-brainer, and I didn't think twice about it. It was like, 'Hold up. I can get the baby, I don't have to deal with the 50-50 chance of it working out — because even if you have a great relationship, and you separate, you still have to share your kid. And that is gut-wrenching, and I never want to experience that ever again in my whole life. I have such a stellar support system... I don't feel like a single parent. I feel like I['ve] got all hands on deck."
More than a month after sharing her pregnancy news, Lala confirmed the baby’s sex and very special due date.
“We’re bumping, and expecting a baby in September,” Lala said. “My due date is September 1, which is wild because I’m September 2.”
