The Vanderpump Rules cast member threw the cutest backyard bash for her little girl, aka her "forever baby."
It’s been a celebratory month for Lala Kent.
Less than a week after sharing her baby No. 2 news, the Vanderpump Rules mom hosted a next-level birthday bash for her daughter, Ocean Kent Emmett, whom she shares with her ex-fiancé.
The little girl, who will turn 3 later this week, was treated to the cutest backyard party that featured Trolls-themed decor, a castle bounce house, and an outdoor picnic. The latter was put together by the SoCal-based company Picnic + Petal, which presented an adorable tablescape with a shimmery, silver-tone tablecloth; floral centerpieces; a tiered display of macaroons; and Baked by Ang sugar cookies placed on checkboard-patterned plates.

"This face says it all," Lala captioned a photo of the smiling birthday girl. "Happy (early) Birthday to my forever baby. What a gem you are. I love you, O."

Guests included Lala’s castmates Katie Maloney and Scheana Shay, who was joined by her husband, Brock Davies, and their 2-year-old daughter, Summer Moon. The former SUR-vers shared several photos of Ocean’s special day, which also included an elaborate balloon arch, bubble makers, live entertainment, and a three-tiered cake.
Although she was no doubt busy with hosting duties, Lala found the time to take several party photos and proudly displayed her baby bump.
The celebration comes as the Vanderpump Rules mom prepares to welcome her second child. She dropped the exciting news in a heartwarming Instagram post that showed Ocean smiling next to her mama’s growing belly.
“I’m expanding my pod,” she captioned the March 3 photo. "Cheers to a new addition to my little family."
Lala Kent opens up about her pregnancy journey
Lala later confirmed she had undergone intrauterine insemination (IUI) to conceive her second baby. She said she worked closely with a fertility specialist and selected a sperm donor through California Cryobank, the second-largest sperm bank in the United States.
The former SUR host shared more details about her pregnancy journey during a March 5 Amazon Live stream, explaining why she took the IUI route.
“The best part about my baby daddy is that he does not exist,” she said about using a sperm donor. “I explored other options… I looked into adoption. I just knew I love being a mom and I don’t want to wait. And like I said, I don’t want to share my child again. It’s something that I’ve experienced, and I refuse to experience it again.”

So what was Lala looking for in a donor? She admits she really didn’t know.
“The donor that I chose, I just knew the moment that his profile popped up,” she explained. “Everyone asked me, ‘What are you looking for in your donor?’ And I said, ‘I’ll know what I’m looking for when I find it.’ … So the moment that this donor popped up, I was, like, ‘That is my baby daddy.’”
She continued: “I never expected to be raising not one but two children in the type of household that I’m in. I always say I’m raising my daughter Ocean [with my mom], and I’ll be raising this new baby with my mom… I have a pod around me. I say we’re like a pod of orcas. No one ever leaves the pod; we just keep adding to it. And it may not look normal to most people, but Ocean and this child are going to be surrounded by so much love.”
