A little over a year after getting married, Lauren Manzo and Vito Scalia just did something major: They moved out of the Manzo familial home and are officially homeowners. Manzo'd with Children mama, Caroline Manzo, bid the couple a fond farewell on Monday as they settled into their new pad. "@Laurenmanzo & @vitoscalia3 are officially homeowners & I am officially an emptynester - the winds of change are blowing," she said.

And, Lauren also seemed pretty excited by the news, sharing a solo shot of the key to her new abode.
