Lauren Manzo and Vito Scalia Are Getting a Divorce: "This Has Been Done for a Very Long Time"
The Manzo'd with Children alum made the announcement from Italy, where her family is preparing for Albie Manzo's wedding.
Lauren Manzo and her husband, Vito Scalia, are getting a divorce after eight years of marriage.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey and Manzo'd with Children daughter made the announcement on Oct. 24 shortly after news of the split was first reported.

Lauren Manzo's Divorce Announcement
Early Tuesday morning, Lauren confirmed the divorce news in a video shared to Instagram.
Lauren and Vito's Divorce News Comes Amid Albie's Wedding
Speaking to her followers in the video, Caroline Manzo's daughter began by explaining that she's currently in Italy with the rest of her family for her brother Albie Manzo's upcoming wedding to Chelsea DeMonaco.
"By now you guys have seen the news that has broken," she said. "[I] just wanted to let you guys know we're all good."
Lauren and Vito's Decision to Split
As for why Lauren and Vito are going their separate ways, she noted, "This has been done for a very long time."
"The last part of the process was filing. We were on the same page," Lauren continued. "This is something that we did together."
Where Lauren and Vito Stand Amid Their Split
Lauren went on to address her current relationship with Vito as well as their goal for the future as it pertains to their 6-year-old daughter, Markie Scalia.
"Vito and I love and respect each other, and we continue to move forward as a family," Lauren said. "All that matters to us is that our daughter is happy and healthy. Her privacy is important to us."
What's more, "We will always be a family," Lauren added before concluding the video by noting, "We appreciate you guys and hope you have a great day."
Lauren Manzo and Vito Scalia's Relationship History
As fans may recall, Lauren and Vito started dating in 2009 and got engaged in November 2013. They said "I do" in 2015, and their wedding eventually aired on Manzo'd with Children Season 2. In February 2017, they welcomed their daughter Markie (short for Marchesa).
