In case you needed any further proof that no part of Lisa Rinna has aged a day, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom posted a bikini selfie that put her perfectly-sculpted body on display. And we all have Harry Hamlin to thank for it, but we'll let Lisa explain. "HH brought me back a Lips Bikini. Yes my hair is different in this shot. And Yes I'm 53. And yes I f***ing own it," she wrote about the two-piece which pays tribute to the actress' famous full pout.

But, Lisa has never exactly been shy to show off her fierce physique on Instagram.

For those wondering how she manages to always look so fit, Lisa revealed her workout regime on her website last year, sharing that it's all about keeping things fresh. "My one piece of advice though is finding more than one form of exercise that you love to do and then mixing it up. One day do the pilates, and then the next day you play tennis. Maybe you can even incorporate a Friday night salsa dancing class with your girlfriends! You gotta keep it fresh to keep yourself interested," she shared. "And there you have it! Do what you enjoy, do it as often as you can and be proud of your accomplishments!"
