Where The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills go, fashionable drama and antics are sure to follow. So after a day or night of hanging with the 90210 squad, Lisa Rinna has found the perfect way to decompress after all those emotional highs and lows.
“Yoga has been my life savior for 26 years I’ve been practicing now. It’s my consistent … you know, I do many workouts and I go through lots of different things, but I think most consistently practicing yoga has been the most helpful in keeping myself grounded and somewhat sane, somewhat," she recently told Us Weekly about her secret to keeping cool.
Lisa has never been shy to praise the power of yoga, or just of staying fit and centered in general. The RHOBH pal previously wrote about her workout routine back in 2015, noting that in addition to yoga she also hikes and partakes in spin class. "Whatever it is, I always feel amazing when I’m done," she shared at the time. "My one piece of advice though is finding more than one form of exercise that you love to do and then mixing it up. One day do the pilates, and then the next day you play tennis. Maybe you can even incorporate a Friday night salsa dancing class with your girlfriends! You gotta keep it fresh to keep yourself interested."
