We've seen the future... and it looks divine. These hotels and resorts currently being constructed have something to fulfill all of your escapist fantasies‚ whether those include staying underwater, or enjoying your own personal rooftop pool. Check out these insane locations — and get ready to book as soon as they accept reservations!

1. Poseidon Undersea Resort, Fiji

When Poseidon debuts later this year, you'll be sleeping, eating, recreating, and even getting married underwater at the first submerged resort in the world. You'll also be lounging in your own jacuzzi tub while you press a button to feed the fish outside of your acrylic-domed room. (Take our money now!)

2. Amanemu, Japan

Aman's second property in Japan is Amanemu, a hot springs resort that's due to slide open its doors in March. Each of the 24 suites features a private onsen and views of Ago Bay. Located inside a national park, the key word here is tranquility.

3. Park Hyatt St. Kitts, West Indies

The first Park Hyatt resort in the Caribbean is sure to make a big splash after unveiling rooms with individual rooftop pools and a Presidential Suite that comes staffed with a butler and a personal chef. If you need more water, you'll be able to hit the private beach club for snorkeling in the water or snoozing in the sand.

4. The Ritz-Carlton Langkawi, Malaysia

Hoping to combine multiple travel fantasies into one package, the second Ritz-Carlton resort in Malaysia is set in a tropical rainforest on a beach. The goal is to become a new world-class spa destination with an array of "rejuvenating experiences" to pamper you inside your luxe villa. The stress is already melting away at the mere thought.

5. Crescent Hotel, Azerbaijan

This forthcoming six-star property is being built to resemble a crescent moon creating a gateway between East and West on a manmade island in the Caspian Sea. It's all part of a massive residential, retail, and entertainment complex meant to put Azerbaijan on the world hospitality map.

6. Dawang Mountain Resort, China

If you can't decide on a summer or winter vacation, you'll be able to have both at Dawang Mountain Resort, which will include an indoor water park and a ski park. The latter is part of a stunning manmade area called the Snow and Ice World that you'll be able to see from your toasty room.
