After teasing some new dance music at BravoCon 2019, the cabaret star confirmed in December that she’s gearing up to drop another song.  At the time, she described "Viva La Diva" as having a Latin-inspired feel and said the tune will “be totally different” than anything she’s released before. Now, it looks as if the RHONY performer is hard at work putting the finishing touches on the track.

On January 3, Luann shared a photo of herself in the studio with Grammy-winning songwriter and producer Desmond Child, who has previously worked with Ricky Martin, Selena Gomez, and Bon Jovi. The duo is collaborating on the single after meeting and hitting it off during an appearance on SiriusXM last year.

In the second slide of the post, Luann shared a video of Child singing along to a part of the song. She also provided a quick glimpse at the lyrics, briefly panning to a piece of paper featuring the words of the chorus.

Luann will reportedly be debuting “Viva La Diva”  to the public during her new cabaret show, F, Marry, Kill, although she previously revealed that she previewed the song for her fellow RHONY cast members.

"I played it for the girls when we were in Mexico and they loved it," she said of their reaction to the song. "It's so fun!"
