Luis “Louie” Ruelas Compares John Fuda to Joe Gorga with a Scathing Insult

John Fuda, Luis "Louie" Ruelas, and Teresa Giudice took their best shots at each other during an explosive meeting to clear the air.

By Jill Sederstrom

It’s no secret Luis “Louie” Ruelas and his brother-in-law Joe Gorga don’t get along — but now there’s a new name on Louie’s list of enemies and, at least according to Louie, this new nemesis has something in common with Joe.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo and stream next day on Peacock.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s John Fuda is the latest to clash with the businessman and his wife, Teresa Giudice, leading to an explosive confrontation that had John and Rachel Fuda hightailing it out of the brief meeting between the couples.

“He’s a hothead like your brother,” Louie told Teresa in an exclusive preview of Season 14, Episode 7, just minutes after the meeting imploded. “Hotheads don’t end up anywhere, babe.”

Why is John Fuda Fighting with Teresa Giudice and Louie Ruelas?

John and Rachel agreed to sit down with Teresa and Louie to clear the air after Teresa accused John of being “the biggest drug dealer in Bergen County” earlier in Season 14.

She made the shocking accusation after John’s ex allegedly spoke to the media about his past. He admitted himself in Episode 6 that he “sold marijuana” as a “juvenile,” but has since cleaned up his act and become a successful businessman and father.

Louie Ruelas Has a Simple 6-Word Response to Questions About Joe Gorga Relationship

John is convinced that Louie got the information about his past by hiring a private investigator, who tracked down his jailed ex — a claim that Louie and Teresa have adamantly denied.

John came to the meeting expecting a “proper apology,” but that wasn’t exactly what he got.

Teresa did offer a version of an apology.

“If you heard that I called you a drug dealer currently, I’m sorry you heard that,” she told him at the meeting as she insisted she only ever made the comment about his past, not his present.

Yet, John didn’t find the apology “authentic” and decided to storm out of the meeting with Rachel in tow.

While leaving, he brought up Teresa’s own criminal past. She and ex husband Joe Giudice pleaded guilty to bank, mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud in 2014 and spent time in a federal prison.

“Just remember you’re the poster child for mortgage fraud,” John told her in the final moments of Episode 6, adding that he’d reach out to her if he ever needed any money laundered.

The preview into the first few minutes of Episode 7 reveals the exchange picks up just where it left off.

John and Rachel quickly made their way to the parking lot, leaving a bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue Label Teresa had asked them to take to her brother’s housewarming party sitting on the restaurant bar

“That went really well,” Teresa sarcastically told Louie.

“Oh, that’s OK, babe,” he replied.

“He’s making a big, big, big mistake,” Teresa added. “He’s f-cking with the wrong Teresa Giudice.”

Louie — who called John a “Tony Soprano wannabe” — hardly spoke a word during the meeting and seemed to casually brush off the drama.

“I can't even believe I gave him 20 seconds of my time,” he told Teresa. “He doesn’t realize that and he’s over here with all these standards.”

As for John, he told Rachel he left the meeting after it was clear it wasn’t a genuine exchange.

“If it was a real apology then it would have been sincere,” he told Rachel.
