Margaret Josephs "Can't Believe Where the Years Have Gone" in Never-Before-Seen Throwback Photo with Stepson

Margaret Josephs has long been open about her strained relationship with her stepchildren from her marriage to ex-husband Jan Josephs. While none of her children appeared on her first season on the show, we have met Jan, as well as Margaret's husband Joe Benigno and mom Marge Sr. And on Season 9, we got to meet a new family member: her stepson, Bret.

Margaret revealed that while she and Bret have maintained a great relationship throughout her divorce despite the tension with his siblings, Bret and Jan have struggled to find common ground. "I have a great relationship with Jan. I have a great relationship with Bret," Margaret said in an interview during a RHONJ episode. "I should be able to play family therapist matchmaker, get them back together, why not?"

While we don't have a status update on Bret and Jan's relationship, Margaret recently posted a photo that showed she and Bret are as tight as ever. "Happy Birthday to my [Bret Josephs]. Can’t believe where the years have gone. Lucky me to call you my own," she wrote on Instagram.
