We'll see some of the biggest and most unexpected showdowns yet when the Married to Medicine ladies sit down with Andy Cohen to discuss Season 7's buzziest moments, from Mariah Huq and Quad Webb to Dr. Heavenly Kimes and Buffie Purselle to even (gasp!) Dr. Jackie Walters and Dr. Simone Whitmore.
On that last point, the above trailer for the Married to Medicine Season 7 reunion hints at some new tension between longtime BFFs Dr. Jackie and Dr. Simone.
"Why aren't you in here with Jackie?" Andy asks Dr. Simone as she gets ready for the reunion backstage.
"Well, things have changed," she says in response.
The trailer then shows some conflict between the two OBGYNs on the couches during the reunion with Dr. Jackie calling Dr. Simone a "grudge holder."
At one point, Dr. Simone even yells to someone in the Married to Medicine crew, "You're the biggest, ugliest liar here!"
But it looks like the real chaos will actually be happening backstage as things get heated between Dr. Simone and Dr. Heavenly.

The Married to Medicine Season 7 reunion kicks off on Sunday, December 29 with Part 1 at 9/8c, immediately followed by Part 2 at 10/9c. Part 3 airs Sunday, January 5 at 9/8c.
