David Parnes is now a father of two! The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles alum recently took to Instagram to announce the birth of his second child, daughter Lily Jane Parnes, only a few months after sharing the exciting news that his wife, Adrian Abnosi, with whom he shares  4-year-old daughter India, was pregnant with another little girl.

Lily Jane Parnes, David wrote in the caption of his post, alongside a heart emoji and the date his daughter was born, May 3. The sweet photo features the proud dad cradling the newborn baby girl in his arms.

David’s close friend and real estate business partner, MDLLA’s James Harris, shared his excitement about David’s growing family, writing in the comments of his post, “Woooohoooooo!

Several months ago, David opened up about how much he was looking forward to being a dad to another girl, and expressed his appreciation for his wife, in a heartfelt Instagram post. “We already have so much fun together (and drama) and now we are going to have another girl who will boss us around and tell us what to do every day but she will have the biggest heart and loyalty, he wrote, in part, in the caption of his February 6 post, adding, I know this [as] she’s a Taurus, Tiger like her mum. Thank you Adrian for making me the proudest husband and father again! I love you and India so much. Can’t wait for this next chapter of our lives.

This isn’t the only “next chapter” that the MDLLA dad has revealed recently. Last month, both David and James confirmed their exit from MDLLA in a joint statement on Instagram on April 8, writing, in part, “After 7 amazing seasons spanning over 9 years, we feel the time has come to move on and leave the show which in many ways, has defined us,” the agents said, adding, “It’s a move that we have thought long and hard about and we feel that as our business has evolved, we need to keep moving. We thank all our fans wholeheartedly and vow that we won’t stop because we can’t stop.”

Since the announcement, David has been spending lots of time with his family, as evidenced by a recent post he shared celebrating his wife’s birthday ahead of his daughter Lily’s due date. “Happy birthday to the greatest wife, mother and person I have ever met, he wrote in the caption of his May 2 post, adding, Can’t wait till Wednesday and we will be 4. Love you.
