Here’s Proof Heather and Josh Altman Are Each Other’s Biggest Supporters

Josh and Heather Altman are giving us major relationship goals.
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agents are not just spouses and business partners, they’re also each other’s biggest supporters. The real estate power couple demonstrated this during Josh’s recent masterclass weekend (held April 14 through 16), where they and other industry experts gave valuable advice on how to excel in the current market.
The husband and wife made sure to document the event on their respective Instagram pages, sharing photos of attendees, videos of guest speakers, and, of course, adorable shoutouts to one another. Josh posted a shot of his wife sitting in front of the audience as she discussed her experience and dropped some boss girl knowledge.
“[Heather] talking about running a successful real estate business,” Josh wrote on his Instagram Story.
He went on to share a video of Heather standing in the back of the room as she attentively watched another speech. Heather immediately noticed she was being recorded and gave Josh a little wink before playfully sticking her tongue out.
“Boss [Heather],” he captioned the clip.
In between the speeches, home tours, and other masterclass events, the Bravolebrity couple took some time to send heartfelt messages to one another. Josh shared a photo of him and Heather looking quite happy — and incredibly dapper — during one of the weekend get-togethers.
“Love you baby,” he wrote. “Always easy having you next to me [Heather].”
Heather also shared photos from the same event but opted to post candid snaps that highlighted their fun and more humorous sides. “Laughing through life with my love,” she captioned the photos, which showed her and her husband cracking up.
Josh and Heather’s relationship timeline has played out entirely on TV. Their first date was captured by MDLLA cameras, as was their engagement, and Aspen wedding. In the seven years since tying the knot, the two have experienced major career and home-life changes, including the expansion of The Altman Brothers — a full-service real estate agency Josh founded with his older brother, Matt Altman.
A year after walking down the aisle, Heather gave birth to a daughter named Alexis. She and Josh welcomed baby No. 2, a son named Ace, about two years later.
Heather, who also serves as The Altman Brothers CEO, opened up about her marriage during a 2022 interview with The Daily Dish. She spoke about the challenges of maintaining a work-life balance and how her marriage has evolved over the years.
“We have an easier time navigating our relationship and just allow[ing] each other to do what we do,” she said. “That’s what makes us a successful couple in business and at home… We finally got into our groove."
She continued: “[If it’s] a home fight, then [we] try to leave it at home. We get to the office and if it’s a work fight, [we] try to not carry it home to the dinner table with the kids… Josh knows who’s boss, and that’s made our lives a lot easier.”
