Meghan King Edmonds Transforms with a Brand New Hair Color

And lucky for us the #RHOC beauty documented the entire process.

Real Housewives of Orange County's Meghan King Edmonds is switching things up. After dying her hair pink earlier this summer, the #CoolStepmom is experimenting yet again — and debuted her wild new look on Instagram. And Meghan didn't just flaunt the tresses in shades of pink and purple, she documented it all on social media. Turns out it's quite an intense process.

First her team stripped her hair of the pink color, bringing her back to blonde.

Then they started highlighting it with the new deeper pink and purple tones. Perhaps the darker shades are a nod to fall?

After some time with the color in — boom! — she's got a whole new look. So what inspired the change? My Little Pony, naturally. And from now on (or until she changes her mind once again), Meghan will be known as Twilight Sparkle.

Meghan's clearly pleased with the results. Post-salon, she grabbed some dinner with her hubby, Jim.
