Melissa Gorga: New 'RHONJ' Is a 'Bumpy Road'
She teases the new husbands will be getting in on the drama.
The countdown is on to the new season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. And Melissa Gorga is revealing what fans can expect when it kicks off on July 13 at 8p ET/PT. Let's just say it doesn't sound like the fireworks are just reserved for Independence Day.
This season the Housewives will welcome a familiar face back to the fold: Dina Manzo. Melissa joined the show in season three. Dina, of course, left during season two. But Melissa shares she's been a longtime supporter of Dina's charitable efforts.
"I've always supported Project Ladybug way before the 'Housewives' existed," Melissa tells Wetpaint. "I used to go to her charity events. I knew her for a while."
Of course in addition to the return of Dina, three new women will be chilling in the Garden State: Amber Marchese, Nicole Mauriello and Teresa Aprea. "I think they fit in really well," she says. "It's fresh and different. But, it's a bumpy road. There's a lot of things you won't expect to happen."
Well, fans have grown used to expecting the unexpected when it comes to the RHONJ. And that includes the husbands getting in on the drama. So, will the new hubbies add some spice to the show? "There's some new guys coming in—some you're gonna love and some you're gonna hate. You'll have to wait and see," Melissa teases.
