The news was revealed in this season's finale of MDLLA in an update on Tracy since filming on Season 10 ended. "Tracy's been expanding her business & landed her first new development in West Hollywood," the update read. "She recently filed for divorce from her husband Jason. They're both committed to co-parenting and their primary focus remains their two daughters."

Tracy and Jason are parents to two daughters, Scarlett, 8, and Juliet, 11. The first female MDLLA agent has been open about the challenges of balancing work and family life this season. "I mean, I think at least six times during the course of this season, you'll see me struggle with the balance between working hard and making time for my family. It's part of the struggle," Tracy told The Daily Dish ahead of MDLLA's Season 10 premiere in November 2017. "That's because our job doesn't stop. We don't stop at five o'clock or six o'clock. We go when a client calls us at nine o' clock at night because they want to discuss why they're paying 10-and-a-half million versus nine-and-a-half million for a property, you've got to pick up the phone. And that means you've got to step away from your family, and that's tough."

Tracy has continued to keep fans updated on her goings-on on social media since the news of her divorce broke, including her latest listings like The Residences at The West Hollywood EDITION.
