Nema Vand on the Possibility of Dating Destiney Rose: "That Would Be a Hard Pass"
The Shahs of Sunset cast member also teases what's to come in the romance department with Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi.
Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi and Nema Vand looked like they were getting very cozy as the Shahs of Sunset squad's trip to Hawaii kicked off in the April 17 episode. When GG and Nema put their foreheads and noses together to participate in the traditional Hawaiian greeting, we practically saw some sparks flying.
It looks like our eyes didn't deceive us. In the sneak peek of the upcoming episode of Shahs of Sunset, GG and Nema appear to be super flirty with one another, even sharing a smooch at one point.
That's not all, according to another preview. GG and Nema also apparently have a "hot tub moment" in Hawaii. We'll just let them explain.
Of course, Shahs of Sunset fans know this isn't the first time GG and Nema have entertained the idea of being more than just friends. Practically right after we were first introduced to Nema in Season 7, he was saying how he wanted to kiss GG during the group's trip to Big Bear. GG and Nema got their flirt on again later on in the season, but that was it for the moment.
When Nema appeared with Mercedes "MJ" Javid on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen: @ Home on April 17, he teased via video chat what we can expect to see from him and GG in Hawaii, as well as what the future holds for any potential romance between the two. Check it out, above.
During the WWHL: @ Home After Show, one fan wanted to know if Nema would ever consider asking Destiney Rose out on a date. This is one friendship that will stay just a friendship, according to Nema. "No, I love Destiney. Destiney is a sister all the way through. There's just not that sexual vibe there ever," Nema said. "That would be a hard pass."
Nema then joked that Destiney is, well, destined to be with Sara Jeihooni's brother Sam, anyway. "She's Sam's girl! Sam and Destiney," he said. "We've all seen it."
We think Destiney might beg to differ. After their disastrous date this season of Shahs of Sunset, Destiney confirmed on WWHL: @ Home on April 10 that she is no longer speaking to Sam.
