Here's What Kandi Burruss Really Thinks of Nene Leakes' Friendship with Wendy Williams
The RHOA cast member shared her thoughts on the talk show host's recent comments about Nene.
Talk show host Wendy Williams has popped up via phone calls with Nene Leakes several times during Season 12 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, including in the season finale on April 19, when she was on hand to spill some tea and stir the pot in Nene's drama with Kenya Moore.
There have been many twists and turns in Nene and Wendy's relationship over the years, including feuds and mended fences and everything in between. But some recent comments from the talk show host has Kandi Burruss wondering about the true nature of their bond
"Well, to me if you come back and say that you're quote, unquote friend was 'one of those people over there,' 'one of those over there people,' which was the way Wendy described Nene, that doesn't sound like a real friendship to me," Kandi said on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen last Sunday. "It's like to me that's an associate you're OK with sometimes."
