Just a week after revealing that she was diagnosed with Lyme disease, Ramona Singer is doing all she can to protect her health. The Real Housewives of New York City cast member recently revealed that she’s “voluntarily isolating” herself amid the global coronavirus pandemic.

Ramona has been traveling over the past couple of weeks, most recently enjoying the ski slopes in Aspen. But now, the Manhattan mom says she plans to hunker down in Florida as a precaution amid the ongoing outbreak.

“This is serious. I’m not “socially distancing” but voluntarily “isolating” myself,” she wrote on Instagram alongside a close-up photo of her face.

Earlier this month, Ramona confirmed that she had been diagnosed with Lyme disease, which she believed she contracted while spending time at her Hamptons home. The RHONY mom recently said she’s “feeling better than ever” after being placed on an antibiotic treatment by her doctor.

Ramona isn’t the only Bravoleb opting to stay close to home over the past few days. Fellow RHONY Housewife Luann de Lesseps revealed that she was using her time “stuck inside” to organize her closet, while The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Jennifer Aydin also said she was remaining housebound with all of her kids. Southern Charm alum Landon Clements also previously stated that she’s on a “self-imposed” coronavirus quarantine.
