Cynthia Bailey Reacts to Her Celebrity Big Brother Drama with Todd Bridges: "We Did Not See Eye to Eye"
"I just have never seen anything like it," Andy Cohen added of the celebs' argument in Season 3 of CBB.
One of the most dramatic moments of Celebrity Big Brother Season 3 was something we definitely did not see coming.
Cynthia Bailey and Todd Bridges exchanged words early on in the season when Todd expressed that he wasn't happy with Cynthia for not voting for him to stay in the house when he was on the block with Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave.
As surprising as it was for viewers to see these two celebs have beef in the Celebrity Big Brother house, no one was as shocked as Cynthia, who ultimately came in third place in the competition this season.
"You know what, it really pissed me off that we got into it, because I was, like, his biggest fan in the house. Like, everybody came through the door, and when he came through the door, I was like, 'Oh my god, it's Todd Bridges!' Like, I really was excited to see him," The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum said in the March 2 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen (clip above). "And, of course, he was the first one I got into it with, but we made it right. We made it right. You know, we had a little disagreement about giving my word to my alliance and his alliance. We did not see eye to eye."
As fans witnessed, Cynthia and Todd were eventually able to move on from their drama. "We worked it out in the end. I apologized, he apologized," Cynthia said on WWHL. "He's like my brother now, he's like my Spades buddy, and we're good."
Still, it's going to take the rest of us some time to get over this memorable moment from Celebrity Big Brother Season 3, including Andy Cohen, who expressed how unexpected it was to see Cynthia and Todd get into a disagreement during the WWHL After Show. "I just have never seen anything like it!" Andy exclaimed (clip below). "I couldn't believe it. I was calling people. I was going nuts."
Cynthia then underscored just how intense the Celebrity Big Brother house can be. "It's like a pressure cooker," she said. "Honestly, what I have learned is I have a lot of patience. Well, I did until Todd and I got into it."
In addition to her conflict with Todd, Cynthia also addressed another rift of hers in the Celebrity Big Brother house when she and Carson Kressley had a falling out with Shanna Moakler over questions about her loyalty, which ultimately led to the former Miss USA's eviction. "I have spoken to Shanna, and we had a great conversation," Cynthia said of where things stand between her and Shanna now during her WWHL appearance. "I am so sorry that I kind of overreacted, maybe, and got a little turnt up when I thought you betrayed us. I know it's just a game, and I love you dearly. And I apologize for just getting so invested in that moment."
Cynthia revealed so much more about her time in the Celebrity Big Brother house on WWHL, including how she now feels about being the only member of the jury to vote for Todrick Hall to win, a story that may have just put Lamar Odom "on blast," and what it's really like to have to use the same toilet as 10 other people for nearly 30 days (Spoiler alert: It does not sound great). You can check it all out in the videos, above.
But having "no boundaries" in the house, as Cynthia noted on WWHL, also has a way of bringing people together. "I saw it all in the house," Cynthia said during the WWHL After Show. "Like, I'm connected to those people for life."
Of course, that includes Cynthia's alliance partner, Carson, who she reunited with this week. "WE BACK OUTSIDE!" Cynthia captioned a couple of snaps of her and Carson out and about in New York City. "Thanks [Celebrity Big Brother] for reconnecting me with my new 'brother' [and] friend 4 life [Carson]!"
