Kenya Moore Opens Up About Her Dating Life, RHOA Friendships, and Brooklyn’s Sweet Milestones

Kenya Moore is giving the latest details on her dating life and her daughter, Brooklyn, as well as where things stand with some of her fellow The Real Housewives of Atlanta ladies.

Kenya, who has been candid about the status of her split from ex-husband Marc Daly during Season 14 of RHOA, revealed the latest updates on her dating life when The Daily Dish caught up with her at NBCUniversal’s upfront last month.

“I can’t say I’m back into the dating world,” Kenya said, going on to share how much she has dabbled in the romance department as of late. “I just kind of stuck my pinkie in the dating world. But I have to say, there are a lot of admirers — some secret, some not. So it makes me feel really good that ‘OK, I still got it, girl!’”

In addition to offering updates on her love life, Kenya also revealed the status of her friendship with RHOA alum Cynthia Bailey at the May 16 event. As fans may recall, the longtime friends experienced some tense moments in their relationship during Season 1 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, with Cynthia previously telling host Andy Cohen during her March 2 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, in part, “I will always have love for [Kenya], but we are not where we used to be.”

Well, Kenya revealed that the two RHOA ladies seem to have since mended their friendship. “She invited me to something she had in Atlanta last week,” Kenya told The Daily Dish at the May 16 upfront. Though Kenya shared that she “wasn’t able to make it,” she was glad that she and Cynthia were “getting back to hanging out and seeing each other” again.

In terms of other RHOA ladies, Kenya shared what it was like without both Cynthia and Porsha Williams as part of the Season 14 cast. “You know what? They definitely were fan favorites,” Kenya said, adding, “Porsha and I started together. So to not have them, it[’s] different. But I think it’s different in a really good way. It’s fresh, it’s new, and I think the fans will be excited to see the new dynamic.”

And the RHOA mom also revealed the latest news about her adorable 3-year-old daughter at NBCUniversal’s upfront.

“Brooklyn is doing amazing,” Kenya shared at the May 16 event, going on to add, “She just had a third birthday. She’s hitting all her milestones. She’s a star, like, OK, she’s taking my place.”

Kenya also recently shared some of the most adorable glimpses of Brooklyn on Instagram, posting videos of her daughter showing off her dance moves and practicing her writing.

Kenya celebrated Mother’s Day with her daughter, which she shared via a sweet Instagram post on May 8 featuring fun moments with Brooklyn. She wrote in the caption, “Happy Mother’s Day from the love of my life.”
