Camille Grammer’s Mom, Maureen Wilson Donatacci, Has Passed Away

The RHOBH alum paid tribute to her late mother, who battled cancer, on Instagram.

Camille Grammer has confirmed the passing of her mother, Maureen Wilson Donatacci, after a lengthy battle with kidney and bladder cancers.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum shared the news on her public Instagram feed on Saturday, December 17, which was the day her mother died.

“My mom gained her angel wings today,” Camille wrote in the caption of her post, which featured a carousel of photos of her mother from over the years. “She was a strong beautiful warrior who fought to the very end. Her strength and endurance was an inspiration to so many. She lived her life to the fullest. Her love and sense of humor made us feel better during difficult times. I will miss you [every day]. I love you so much!”

According to Camille’s rep, per People, Maureen passed away at her home in New Jersey “surrounded by family.”

After Camille posted about her mother’s death, several Bravolebrities shared their condolences in the comments section.

“Camille I am so very sorry for your loss,” Kyle Richards wrote. “Thinking of you.”

Fellow RHOBH alum Eileen Davidson said she was “sending you and your family so much love. I know how hard she fought. What a magnificent woman.”

“Ahh Camille, I’m so sorry for your loss. Sending you and your family healing prayers. May she be your guardian angel from above,” The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Gretchen Rossi posted, while Shahs of Sunset’s Mercedes “‘MJ” Javid shared, “May she rest in peace.”

Camille, who is in remission for endometrial and skin cancers, had previously opened up about how she and her mom were both genetically predisposed to cancer. In September, Camille commemorated her 54th birthday by spending time with her loved ones. She also shared an update on her mom’s battle with bladder and kidney cancers. 

“For my birthday I spent a few days with my family,” the 54-year-old captioned her post. “It was a very special birthday for me to spend that time with my mother who’s been battling kidney and bladder cancer for years now. She was first diagnosed at the age of 47 with stage 3 ovarian cancer. With the help of her amazing doctors, she is still with us. Her 75th birthday is on the 19th of September. Bless her for not giving up years ago. Let this be a reminder how precious life is...”

According to Camille’s rep, arrangements for Maureen are still pending.
