Garcelle Beauvais has just earned a major honor. As she recently confirmed on Instagram, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member has earned the distinction of being one of the actresses included in the book, Supreme Actresses: Iconic Black Women Who Revolutionized Hollywood.
On January 7, Garcelle took to Instagram to confirm the exciting news, sharing a photo of the book cover. “I am honored to be included in the book SUPREME ACTRESSES BOOK along with amazing iconic women @violadavis #josaphinebaker #cicelytyson

Garcelle received plenty of support and congratulatory message from friends and followers in the comments. “Incredible,” The Real Housewives of New York City alum Dorinda Medley wrote alongside a heart emoji.
Garcelle has the release of her own book to look forward to later this year. Her new memoir, Love Me as I Am, hits shelves next spring, as she confirmed in October. The book follows Garcelle’s journey from her early childhood in Haiti through more than three decades as a TV and film actress.
Garcelle will also return as a cast member to Season 12 of RHOBH, which will feature Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Girardi, Sutton Stracke, Crystal Kung Minkoff and newcomer Diana Jenkins. Kathy Hilton and Sheree Zampino will also be making an appearance on the show as friends.
